Soak the purchased dried yuba in water until soft, rinse and cut into sections for later use.

Slice ginger and garlic, chop millet and pepper, cut pork into shreds, and mince green onions.

After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. (The cooking time will vary depending on the brand of yuba you buy. As long as the yuba is cooked thoroughly and not hard)

After 20 minutes, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence and stir-fry Turn off the heat after mixing.
