3. Assets in the household category mainly refer to biological assets or fixed assets, etc. formed through financial subsidies to help poor households develop.
Introduction of Poverty Alleviation Project Assets
1. Assets formed by the input-to-household projects are owned by the project beneficiary households, and ownership is determined to the farm households.
2, the operating assets, according to the source of funds, the scope of benefits, management needs and other clear ownership, as far as possible, clear to the benefits of individuals, village collective economic organizations.
