Methods/steps
1. Pour the rice into the bucket and soak it in cold water for half an hour. How much depends on the amount you want.
2. Take out the soaked rice and control the moisture.
3. Grind the rice with dry water control into powder with a stone mill. If not, grind the rice into powder with a pulverizer or other props.
4. Mix water and rice flour in proportion, and how much water to add depends on the amount of rice flour, not too soft.
5. Press the made rice noodles with a dough press, which requires professional tools. The extruded rice noodles are thick and thin according to the different machines. Do according to your own needs.
6. Dry the pressed rice noodles.
