How to make lean meat soup ?
Shred or thinly slice the lean meat (preferably small tenderloin), add sesame oil and mix well, then add soy sauce and cornstarch and continue to mix well, if it is a little dry, you can slightly add a small amount of water! Then let sit for 5 minutes!

Fill a pot with about 500ml of water and bring to a boil!
When the water boils, add the crushed ginger foam and cook for 1 minute, add the seasoned lean meat, add the lean meat in a scattered manner like in the video. When all the meat has been added, wait for the water to boil before gently stirring!
