Fresh-keeping method of seafood
There are several ways to preserve seafood: waterless preservation, dry ice preservation, wet preservation and so on.

I. Water-free storage method

Cool the water to a certain temperature, then store it for a period of time, and then put the seafood into the water when eating. This kind of seafood can be preserved for 24 hours.

Second, the dry ice preservation method

Because the temperature of dry ice is extremely low, it is impossible for dry ice and live seafood to contact directly. In practice, seafood can be stored in layers by foam incubator.

Third, the wet preservation method

This method of keeping seafood fresh is best packed in foam boxes. The temperature is high in summer, so you can put a small bag of ice cubes in the box to cool down.

Preservation methods of different seafood:

1. Preservation of fresh shellfish: put the shellfish in a fresh-keeping box filled with natural seawater, and then put them in the refrigerator for cold storage. When you take them out the next day, you will find that this seafood will spit up even the sand, and it will have a fresh and sweet taste under the nourishment of natural seawater.

2, fish preservation: first remove gills, internal organs and fish scales, fully wash with tap water, then cut and repackage according to the amount of each meal, and put it in the refrigerator. Remember that it should not be stored in the freezer for a long time after thawing.

3. Preservation of shrimp: Wash the shrimp, put it in an iron box, soak it in cold water, and freeze it in the freezer. After the water freezes, take out the iron box, put it outside for a while, dump the frozen shrimp pieces, seal them with fresh-keeping bags and put them in the freezer. This can keep the shrimp fresh for a long time without changing its taste, and it is not easy to stink.
