Correct brewing method of Duyun Maojian tea
1. Prepare tea sets: teapots, teacups, bowls, tea leaves and boiled water (70℃~80℃ water is recommended) and clean them.

2. First put the tea leaves into a teacup, about 5g (depending on the tea concentration), and then rinse them with boiling water.

3. Pour the washed water out of the teacup, leaving some water stains to wet the cup wall, which is helpful for the fragrance of tea.

4. Take the teapot, put in about 8- 10g of tea, pour in warm water, and then cover the teapot.

5. Wait about 15 seconds, open the lid of the teapot, gently press the teacup on the spout of the teapot, pour out the first tea-making water in the teapot, and let the tea bottom and impurities mix out.

6. Then pour boiling water into the teapot, gently shake the teapot and wait for about 20 seconds.

7. Pour the tea in the teapot into the cup, and the tea should be about 2/3 of the cup. Cover the bowl.

8. Wait for about 2 minutes, wipe the lids of bowls and teacups with tea towels or fingers, then take off the lids and smell the tea.

9. You can start to taste Duyun Maojian tea. When drinking, you can feel the softness and fragrance of tea.

10. You can pour out the tea leaves in the teapot and add warm water for 2~3 times, which can appropriately extend the soaking time and make the tea fragrance more intense.
