White tea is one of the six major types of tea, including White Hair Silver Needle, White Peony, Gongmei, Shoumei, and New Craft White Tea. The main production areas are Fuding, Zhenghe, Jianyang and Songxi in eastern Fujian Province. White tea is lightly fermented and suitable for long-term storage. Pharmacologically the same as rhinoceros horn.

Anji white tea belongs to the green tea category, originating from Anji County in northern Zhejiang. Because of the whitening of the fresh leaves and named white tea, the real non-white tea category. Its efficacy is similar to other green teas, just Anji white tea taste fresh, low bubble resistance.
