First of all, there is no need to indicate the production process or processing method of the food on the label. This is because the production process or processing method is not the direct information that consumers are most concerned about when purchasing food, nor is it a core element of food safety and quality assurance. At the same time, the diversity and complexity of production processes make it impractical to specify them in detail on labels, and there is a lack of uniform standards and regulation.
Secondly, there is no need to indicate the selling price of the food on the label. Selling prices are affected by a variety of factors such as market supply and demand, sales channels, regional differences and other factors, and are highly volatile. Therefore, indicating the price on the food label is neither in line with the basic function of the label, nor is it difficult to adapt to the changing needs of the market.
Finally, the labeling of the same does not need to be marked on the food advertising slogan or promotional information. These messages belong to the category of commercial publicity and are not directly related to the quality and safety of the food itself. Allowing advertising slogans on labels may lead to misleading consumers and jeopardize fair competition in the market.
In summary:
Prepackaged foods should have labels on their packages, but the labels do not need to indicate the production process or processing method of the food, the selling price, and advertising slogans or promotional information. These contents do not belong to the matters that should be indicated on the label, which is not in line with the basic function of the label, and may also adversely affect the fair competition in the market and the rights and interests of consumers.
