Dried daylily and tea tree mushrooms can be stewed together with chicken. The method is as follows:
1. Ingredients
800g chicken, 100g daylily, 100g mushrooms, 50g ginger , appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of old wine
2. Method
1 Blanch the chicken.
2 Soak the mushrooms in water.
3 Slice ginger.
4 Soak the day lily.
5 Heat the pan and add a small amount of oil.
6 Add a small amount of ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
7 Pour in the blanched chicken.
8 Add appropriate amount of old wine and salt and stir-fry until fragrant.
9 Simmer for two to three minutes.
10 Add soaked mushrooms.
11 Add soaked day lily.
12 Stir-fry for a while and add appropriate amount of water.
13 Simmer for 40 minutes.
