Steamed Pork with Green Peppers
Ingredients: Tenderloin (150g), 4 green peppers
Preparation:
1. Wash and shred the meat, put it into a bowl + a spoonful of soya sauce + a tsp of salt + a tsp of white pepper + a tsp of cornstarch + a spoonful of oil and mix well to marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Prepare a soul sauce: a spoonful of oyster sauce + a pinch of salt + half a spoonful of sugar + a spoonful of soy sauce + a spoonful of cornstarch + three spoons of water (a small bowl of water) and mix well and spare
3. Prepare green peppers cut into julienne strips, three cloves of garlic crushed and spare.
4. Pour in a pot of oil and heat, pour in the shredded meat and stir-fry until browned,
