Steps
1. Marinate the pork slices with salt, cooking wine and a small amount of starch.
2. Slice baby cabbage.
3. Chop onion, ginger and garlic.
4. Mix vinegar, sugar and light soy sauce into sweet and sour juice.
5. Marinate the meat slices for 15 minutes, then add egg starch and mix well.
6. Heat the oil in the pot and add the meat slices one by one. Fry until golden brown and take out.
7. Saute the onion, ginger and garlic in the pot, add the baby cabbage and stir-fry until soft, then add the meat slices and red pepper, pour in the sweet and sour sauce, and mix well. (Sorry, I forgot to take a photo at this step)
Tips
Don’t add too much starch after marinating the meat slices, otherwise it will fry into pieces. Prevent sticking when frying in the pan.
