Ingredients: 3g of green cabbage
Accessories: 3g of oil, 2g of salt, a little pepper powder, 1g of dried red pepper, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 star anise
Step
1. 3g of cabbage.
2. Tear it into small pieces by hand and remove hard roots.
3 Add an star anise and stir-fry until fragrant.
6. Add dried red pepper and stir-fry.
7. Stir-fry cabbage, pepper powder and garlic with strong fire.
8. Add salt and stir-fry. Sprinkle some light soy sauce on the side of the pot and stir-fry.
Tips
When frying, stir-fry hard roots and leaves separately, or just stir-fry the leaves. Because of the thickness.
