Fruit knives can be checked in, but they cannot be carried on the plane.

Fruit knives cannot be brought onto the plane. According to the Civil Aviation Administration of China's "Prohibited Carry-On Items But Can Be Used as Checked Baggage", fruit knives are sharp objects with sharp edges or sharp points, are made of metal or other materials, and are strong enough to cause serious personal injury. Therefore, you cannot carry a fruit knife on a plane.

Fruit knives can be checked as baggage, but they must meet the requirements for checked baggage by airplane:

1. The weight of each piece of checked baggage cannot exceed 50 kilograms, and the volume is 40×60 ×100cm.

2. The free baggage allowance for each passenger (including checked and self-care baggage): 40 kg for first class passengers holding adults or children, 30 kg for business class passengers, and 20 kg for economy class passengers. Passengers holding infant tickets do not have free baggage allowance.
