2. Put a pepper ring in the water where snails are raised. This is done to stimulate the snail and make it spit out the dirty things in its stomach. (or sprinkle with edible salt)
3. Wash it several times with clear water.
Other methods for cleaning snails:
Cleaning method 1 of snail
1, rub it repeatedly in the water first, and then brush it clean one by one with a toothbrush. This step is very troublesome, so be patient.
2, the above just cleaned the outside, if you clean the inside, you have to wash it repeatedly with clear water, because they will not only spit out a lot of dirty things, but also re-cover the shell with snails and slippery. In order to make them vomit the dirty things in their bodies more quickly, it will be better to put a little bit of salt. After about 3 days of this treatment, when the water is clear, they will vomit almost.
3. Finally, use a tool (I use pliers) to cut off the snail's tail, which will not only clean it, but also help the seasoning to taste. And it will be more convenient to eat.
Finally, before frying, use boiling water to remove the screw cap, and then stir-fry spicy food according to your method.
Cleaning method 2 of snail
1, the same is to rub it repeatedly in water first, and then brush it clean one by one with a toothbrush.
2. Remove the tail of the snail to let the sediment flow out.
3, drop a few drops of sesame oil in the basin, which will not only make the snail spit out the ashes in his stomach, but also lure the bugs inside him, which is a very good trick to remove sediment. It will take about 30 minutes. Then it can be washed repeatedly with clean water for two or three times.
Cleaning method 3 of snail
Step 1: Put the bought snail into the basin, wash it with clear water for several times, then add clear water, and then add enough salt. I haven't calculated the amount of salt, but add it until you feel the water is salty. In this way, the snail is soaked in salt water, and due to the stimulation of salt, the snail will desperately absorb and spit water.
Step 2: after 4 ~ 5 hours, change the water once, add some salt, and then soak. See if the snail will spit sediment again. If the water is still dirty after a while, it means that it has not been spit out, and then soak. If the water is clean, it means that it has been vomited, so get ready for the next step.
Step 3: Take out the snail, wash it with clear water, pour it into a box, add edible salt and appropriate amount of clear water, cover it, keep vibrating up and down, leave it for three to five minutes, and wash it off with clear water. You can repeat this step, but don't add salt until the water becomes clear.
Step 4: Pour the snail into the boiling water pot, cook it again until the water boils, and then stew for a while, and you will see that many things on the top of the screw float.
Note: Don't cook the snail for too long, because if you cook it for too long, it will make the snail meat old. Eating this snail meat in your mouth is like eating a tendon.
Step 5: Take out the cooked snail, pour it into clear water and rinse it, then it can be used for cooking. If you want to pick out the snail meat for cooking, you can take it out with a needle or toothpick and rinse it clean.
Supplementary note: attention should be paid to picking out dead snails in the process of cleaning them, because it is impossible to clean them, and they are likely to stink.
The method of selecting dead snails is very simple, that is, pay attention to whether it will stick its head out. Of course, what can stick its head out is alive. Or you can press its cover with your hand, and the cover that can bounce up again is alive.
