This way of eating is my mother's own creation. When I was a child, we planted a lot of potatoes at home every year. The potatoes grown at home must be of different sizes. My mother feels it's a pity, so she fried them whole and gave them to us as snacks, adding a little salt and Chili powder to make them spicy and tasty. One person and one bowl are still wanting!
You'd better choose fresh potatoes and fry them on a plate for breakfast, dessert and midnight snack. You won't get tired of eating them three times a day!
Aroma-burning
Small potatoes, in fact, I prefer smaller potatoes, but I can't buy them. But this is already very satisfactory!
Wash the potatoes with clear water first, and then steam them in the pot. Potatoes are cooked quickly, or they can be cooked. Add appropriate amount of water and salt to cook and take them out (it doesn't take long for small potatoes to be inserted into the end with chopsticks).
Then remove the skin. Cooked potatoes are squashed one by one.
Then prepare ginger and chop it.
Cut the onion into chopped green onion.
Take an empty plate, one spoonful of pepper powder and two spoonfuls of Chili powder.
When the pot is hot, put some oil (not too much oil, potatoes don't absorb oil very much). When the oil temperature is a little higher, pour in potatoes.
Fried potatoes
Just fry until golden.
Then add ginger foam.
Add pepper powder and Chili powder, and keep it on low heat, or it will burn.
Then add cumin powder and a little salt, and finally mix well.
Sprinkle chopped green onion on the pan. The fragrance is overflowing!
Tips
1 Don't overcook potatoes, or they will be fragile when you shoot them.
