When adding new foods to your baby, add only one at a time and observe for a few days to see if your baby has allergic reactions. At the same time, we should ensure that there are enough protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals in our daily diet. If in doubt, it is recommended to consult a pediatrician or nutritionist.
