Step 9: Stir-fry the oiled pork liver until the oil turns red, then add a proper amount of refined salt and chicken essence, stir well, pour in sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion and take it out for later use;
Step 10: Place the cooking pot on a high fire, add appropriate amount of water to boil, add the soaked vermicelli and appropriate amount of salt, cook until the vermicelli is cooked, fish it into a bowl, and pour the prepared red pepper, bamboo shoots and pork liver.
Tips:
1, if it is not delicate enough, it can be beaten once in the cooking machine and then fried.
2, when the pig liver is drowning, you can repeatedly drown twice, and add two slices of ginger each time, which can remove the fishy smell.
