Stewed chicken with mushrooms and carrots
Sliced mushrooms and ginger. Cut the chicken, boil it for two or three minutes to remove the blood, then wash it with clear water, put the chicken in a stew pot or rice cooker, then add mushrooms, ginger slices, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, stir it, put two bowls of water, and you can start the stew.
Stew for about 40 minutes, add carrots and stew for 10 minutes or more.
