[Pancakes] Main ingredients: 500g flour, peanut oil, boiling water and cold water
Pancakes steps
1. 500g wheat flour in the basin, pour boiling water to 1/2 of the flour into hot flour crumbs. Stir the rest of the flour with water to form crumbs, and knead the two kinds of flour to form a dough.
2. Pour a little peanut oil on your hands. Knead the dough carefully. Knead the dough into a smooth dough to achieve three light, put the kneaded dough into the basin of molten sugar for 30 minutes.
3. Take out the dough and knead it again. Cut the dough into small dumplings, slightly larger than the size of the dumplings.
4. Form a dough ball and press it flat, then brush one side of the dough ball with peanut oil. Take another dessert and press it on top of the one you just made, pressing it down a little harder. Roll the dough into a pancake with a rolling pin, turning it with a circular motion.
5. Put the rolled out pancake into the preheated pie pan. Continue to heat the pan, and when the pancake gets big bubbles, turn the pancake over and continue cooking. When you see small bubbles on both sides of the pancake, the pancake is ready
6. Remove the pancake from the center while it is still hot. The pancake is as thin as a cicada's wing and tastes soft and moist at the same time.
