Ingredients: lotus root 250g, potato 200g, pork belly150g; ;
Accessories: oil, salt, soy sauce, spiced powder, chopped green onion and minced garlic.
Stewed potatoes with lotus root slices
1 lotus root peeled, washed and sliced.
2 Slice pork belly.
Peel, wash and slice potatoes.
4 Pour oil into the pot, heat it to 70%, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
5 add pork belly. Stir-fry until it changes color. Pour in a little soy sauce and stir well.
6 Add lotus root slices and potato chips.
Stir-fry together for three minutes and add appropriate amount of boiling water. Season with salt and spiced powder.
Stew for ten minutes.
9 Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
