Chicken soup with tremella and red dates
Ingredients: Sanhuang Chicken 600g, Tremella 20g, 7 red dates, 20g walnuts, 3 slices of ginger, salt 1 teaspoon, Lycium barbarum 10g, saucepan 1 piece.
Exercise:
1. Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces for later use;
