The germination environment of lotus seeds requires the lotus to be irradiated by strong light, and it will not grow well under shaded or sparse environmental conditions, let alone bloom. They can only grow in calm shallow water. If the water in the pool is too deep, or the current is too fast, the vertical leaves will be washed down, and they will rot, but they are not afraid of water turbidity.

I like fertile soil rich in humus, and I am resistant to mild alkali and acid. Too much nitrogen fertilizer often grows in vain. Or vertical leaves are higher than pedicels, which leads to hidden flowers in leaves.
