You have mitral valve prolapse, that is, there is a problem with the tissue under the mitral valve, which leads to the relaxation of the mitral valve. When the heart contracts, the mitral valve orifice closes and then goes further to the left atrium, which leads to mitral insufficiency.
Most patients have no obvious symptoms and generally do not need special treatment. If they have obvious chest pain, beta blockers such as betaloc can be used to weaken myocardial contractility, improve the degree of mitral valve prolapse, and reduce myocardial oxygen consumption at the same time, which can alleviate the condition to some extent.
If there is arrhythmia, treat it.
If severe prolapse leads to serious mitral insufficiency and serious damage to cardiac function, then surgical treatment is generally considered and reinforcement is carried out. If the valve condition is not good, then the valve must be replaced.
