How to do it:
1) Clean the bought radish.
2) Cut the radish in half and then cut long strips.
3) Pickle the radish with salt (depending on how much radish you have) overnight (the purpose is to let the radish out of water)
4) Remove the water from the pickled radish the next day.
5) Get a vegetable bib and arrange the radish strips vertically then put them in an open space to dry.
6) After two days of sunshine, the radish is basically dry (if you want to eat more dry can be more sunshine day) can.
