Materials:
Carassius auratus 1, wax gourd 1, chives, ginger, salt and pepper.
Exercise:
1, after the crucian carp is cut open, remove all the viscera garbage, and then use kitchen paper to absorb the water on its surface;
2. Peel the wax gourd, cut it into slices, ginger leaves and onion slices for later use;
3. Pour the oil into the pan, heat the oil, add the crucian carp and fry until both sides are golden and set;
4. Put the onion and ginger into the oil pan and stir-fry. At the same time, pour enough water and cook for about 10 minutes.
5. Then add wax gourd, continue to cook for 10 minute, and finally add salt and white pepper and stir well.
