First, mix sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour, then mix with warm water to form a dough.
Divide into 60 grams and knead an appropriate amount of purple sweet potato powder, and then divide into 30 grams and knead an appropriate amount of matcha powder. Then divide 60 grams of purple dough into 5 portions and roll them into 5 strips. The thickness of the strips determines the size of the flowers, so it’s up to you to decide whether it’s rough or thin. Divide the green dough into 2 portions and roll into strips. 8 grams of white dough, also rolled into strips. If the dough is dry, it will fall apart easily. You can rub your hands with water and apply a little oil on the cutting board to prevent it from sticking. Remember to cover the rolled strips with a plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out.
Put 5 purple noodles side by side, put the white noodles on the purple noodle in the middle, and then roll them up. It will look like a pattern when you look at it from the side. If the noodles are moist enough, they will be very sticky.
Then to make the green leaves, flatten both sides of the green noodles with your fingers to create the feeling of leaves.
Adhere the green leaves to the purple flowers, just past the seams.
Look at the side effect.
Next, use a little bit of white dough to fill all the seams, so that there will be less holes in the package and the overall effect will be better. After all the seams are filled, grease the cutting board and rolling pin with oil. Roll out the remaining white dough to the length of a flower. Cover the entire purple flower and cut off the excess white dough. I forgot to take pictures during the wrapping process, so everyone can make up the picture based on the text.
After wrapping it, you can sort out the shape a little and look at the floor plan. This is what it looks like.
Rice cake can be eaten boiled or fried. If frying, it is recommended to steam the whole strip first, cool and slice it, and then stir-fry. If it is boiled, just slice it raw and boil it until it is cooked.
