Ingredients:
Pork ribs, chestnuts, bay leaf, star anise, cinnamon, and rock sugar.
Method:
1. Wash the ribs, put them in a pot with cold water, add cooking wine and blanch the ginger slices, remove and drain. Adjust the sauce: add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, oyster sauce, and sugar to a bowl, stir well and set aside;
