1. Ingredients: 500g chicken feet, half a bowl of soy sauce, a little rice vinegar, half a spoon of minced garlic, chilli padi, and ginger.
2. Wash the chicken feet.
3. Add water and ginger slices to the pot, add chicken feet, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Take out the chicken feet, soak them in ice water immediately, drain and set aside.
5. Prepare the sauce: half a bowl of soy sauce, minced garlic, a little vinegar, and an appropriate amount of chili padi.
6. Mix the sauce and chicken feet evenly and marinate for about 1 hour before serving.
