Pork can be fried without being cooked, as follows:
1. Wash the pork and pat both sides with a knife.
Cut the pork well and separate the fat from the thin, because some people don't like to eat fat.
3. Put the fat in the pot. Stir fry.
In this way, when the lard comes out, you can eat pork.
5. Add pork, stir fry and add salt.
6. Stir-fry the pork for a minute or two until it is slightly yellow, then add soy sauce, simmer and take the pot.
