Ingredients: sauerkraut, fish fillets, dried peppers, chopped green onion, Flammulina velutipes.
Exercise:
Add pepper and salt to fish fillets;
Stir-fry minced garlic in hot oil, marinate with 1 tablespoon starch for 10 minute, and then pour in sauerkraut;
Add 1 spoon of oyster sauce and soy sauce, add 1 bowl of water and stew for 10 minute;
Add fish fillets and cook;
Pour in Flammulina velutipes, sprinkle with pepper, dried pepper and chopped green onion, and pour in hot oil.
