Auxiliary ingredients: 50 grams of curry, 10 grams of green onions, 10 grams of ginger, 5 grams of salt, 10 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of corn starch, cooking wine.
The first thing you need to do is to cook the rice. Wash the rice and add water to the rice cooker according to the ratio and start cooking.
During the cooking process, you can start to make the side dishes for the rice, which is the highlight of today's food - beef curry.
First, cut the beef tenderloin into small squares and poke some small holes in the meat with a toothpick (to flavor the beef). Then add ginger and cooking wine to deodorize the meat, add appropriate amount of oil and cooking oil to marinate.
Wash the carrots, cut them into hobnail pieces, soak them in water and set aside. Chop the onion, put a basin of water beside it while chopping, so that your eyes are not uncomfortable, and cut the potatoes into small pieces and set aside.
After all the ingredients are ready, you can start cooking. Heat a frying pan, add onion and ginger and stir fry the marinated beef cubes in the pan. When the beef is matured, add the potatoes, onions and carrots into the pot, add the curry pieces and moderate amount of water and simmer for 30 minutes. The curry is already seasoned, so you don't need to season it separately.
When the beef is crispy, it's time to cook. The rice should be ready by now, and the two together will complete the beef curry and rice.
