1, prepare your favorite fruit.
Recommended fruit tea: lemon, orange, kumquat, pineapple and grapefruit (slightly bitter)
Recommended dried fruit snacks: apples, strawberries, pitaya, kiwi and bananas.
Step 2 Wash the slices
Clean, clean the slices with salt, peel and slice directly, with a thickness of about 3-5 mm, drain/dry the surface and put it in a baking tray.
toast
The oven is 80 degrees for about 4-6 hours. Pay attention to observe the state and make adjustments. The dried fruit of the great white whale I used is super functional!
About baking time:
Lemon, orange and grapefruit have been dried in about 4 hours, and it is more transparent in 5-6 hours.
Strawberries and pitaya with pure pulp last a long time. When the preserved fruit is eaten directly in about 4 hours, it tastes good. After 5-6 hours of drying, it tastes more crisp and can be used to make tea.
The thickness of the slice will affect the baking time. The thinner the slice, the shorter the baking time, but it will be easy to curl after baking. The drier the baking, the longer the preservation time.
Storage:
After baking, put it in a sealed bag or box and store it at room temperature.
Super delicious sweet fruit fragrance!
Snacks are super delicious when eaten directly! I like apples and strawberries best, and everything else is good!
