The first step: pork, white onion, cut into thin slices.
The second step: cut off the stalks of the sauerkraut, peel off the leaves one by one with your hands, and wash them with water.
Step 3: Slice the sauerkraut as finely as possible, wash the cut sauerkraut again, and then dry the water with your hands.
Step 4: Put a moderate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, add white onion and star anise and saute.
Step 5: Add the sliced pork and moderate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry until the pork is browned.
Step 6: Add the dried sauerkraut balls and poke them loose, then pour in water that can basically cover all the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer with the lid on.
Step 7: Simmer for about 20 minutes, then toss the ingredients in the pot, season with salt, and continue to simmer, covered, for 15-20 minutes.
Step 8: Serve on a plate and start eating~
