Accessories: eggs, carrots, beef stuffing, onions, bread crumbs, sage and perilla leaves.
Seasoning: salt, pepper, white wine, olive oil, tomato sauce, cheese.
Cooking method:
1. Add olive oil into the pot, stir-fry beef stuffing, add chopped onion, chopped carrot and chopped sage, stir well, add white wine, salt and pepper, cool, then add eggs, chopped cheese and bread crumbs and stir well to make meat stuffing;
2. Add eggs, salt, olive oil into flour and make dough, stir it for 10 minute, wrap it into stuffing and roll it into wonton, and cook it for later use.
3. Add olive oil to the pot, add chopped green onion, stir-fry perilla leaves, add tomato sauce, add a little salt and cook for half an hour on low heat;
4. Put olive oil, perilla leaves and fried tomato sauce in the pot, and put wonton in and mix well.
