The practice of old tofu cold salad:
Tofu salad
Ingredients: 300g of tofu, 0/00g of Toona sinensis/kloc.
Accessories: 5g sesame oil, 5g vinegar and 3g salt.
Production process:
1. Wash old tofu and cut into pieces.
2. Add some water to the pot and boil some salt. Put the Toona sinensis in the pot and scald it slightly, then put it in cold water and cut it into foam.
3. Add vinegar, salt and sesame oil to the freshly cut tofu and mix well.
