Ganshu point

Efficacy: soothes the liver and promotes gallbladder, regulates qi and improves eyesight.

Acupoint selection: The patient is in a prone position. The operator presses the thumbs of both hands on the Ganshu point and rotates it toward the spine for 20 to 30 times; then uses the palms of both hands to rub or rub the point. Rubbing method: Rub around the Ganshu point 30 to 50 times until the local area becomes hot.

Zhangmen point

Efficacy: soothes the liver and strengthens the spleen, regulates qi and dissipates stagnation, clears away dampness and heat.

Acupoint selection: attach the thenar points of both hands to the Zhangmen point on the same side respectively. First, rub gently toward the midline of the abdomen for 20 to 30 times; then apply the palms of both hands to the Zhangmen point.
