Cold beef tongue
Ingredients: beef tongue, spicy ginger, garlic, millet, shallots, onions, coriander, and pepper oil.
Method:
1. Wash the beef tongue, add water to cover the ingredients, add a spoonful of salt, pepper, bay leaves, star anise, dried chili and boil in water for half an hour, turn off the heat Soak for ten minutes, remove and slice into pieces and set aside.
2. Chili ginger, garlic, millet, chopped green onion and coriander, and cut the onion into cubes and set aside.
3. Add one spoon of soy sauce, one spoon of oil, one spoon of sugar, one spoon of white vinegar, half a spoon of mature vinegar, and half a spoon of green pepper oil to the sauce. Mix the sauce and beef tongue thoroughly and let it sit for half an hour for the best taste.
