1. First, put Pippi shrimp into clean water to make the dirt on the belly surface of Pippi shrimp, and change the water several times until the water becomes clear.

2. Then put the shrimp into a basin for cleaning, grab both sides of the shrimp by hand, immerse the shrimp in water, and shake it back and forth, left and right to make the impurities on the shrimp fall off;

3. If the Pippi shrimp is too fresh, you can hold the Setaria viridis shrimp in the water with a big filter spoon, then change the water, and so on for several times;

4. You can also scrub the shrimp with a clean brush, soak it in clean water for 2 minutes, and then pour in clean water.
