Rosian shrimp with mustard
Ingredients:
Rosian shrimp (one and a half pounds), mustard, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, starch, minced garlic, Chopped green onion, white sesame seeds.
Method:
1. Cut off the shrimp gun and legs of the Roche shrimp, wash them, sprinkle some salt, and marinate for half an hour
2. Light soy sauce 2 spoon, half a spoon of oyster sauce, a little sugar, salt and mustard.
3. Add a little starch, add some water and mix evenly.
4. Sprinkle some starch and fry in hot oil until the surface is brown.
5. Before sauteing the garlic, pour in the sauce, simmer over medium-low heat for 2 minutes, add the chopped green onion, reduce the juice and remove from the pot.
6. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds and start eating. I love these yellow shrimps so much. Peel off the shells and dip them in the soup. The meat is fresh, sweet and tender.
