Fresh Fish with Pear Sauce is a dish with snapper as the main ingredient and pepper and salt as the side ingredients.
How to do it
1. Wash the snapper and marinate it in pepper, salt and white wine for about 3 minutes, then coat it with flour and beaten egg and set aside.
2. Put the pear sauce on a plate and set aside.
3. In a pan, add the cream and fry the fish in recipe 1 over medium-low heat until golden brown.
