2 bundles of radishes
Garlic 4 cloves
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon (5ml)
Lemon peel paste 1 teaspoon (5ml)
A little salt and pepper.
How to stir-fry Tang Lettuce with radish?
Chop the stems and leaves of Tang chicory respectively. Cut the radish into eight pieces. Slice garlic.
Pour olive oil into the pot, stir-fry the stem of Tang chicory and radish for about 10 minute. When they are soft, pour in the leaves of don chicory, garlic, lemon juice, lemon peel, a little salt and pepper, and fry until the leaves wither. Serve.
