2. Wash the tremella with water and soak it in clear water for about 2 hours.
3. Change the water once or twice in the soaking process until the tremella is white and swollen.
4. Cut off the roots of the soaked tremella, tear it into small pieces and put it in the pot with the washed red dates. Boil it on high fire and turn it to low fire for cooking 1 hour.
5. Add the washed medlar and continue to cook for 20 minutes.
6. Add rock sugar and stir it before cooking.
