How to make dry steamed chicken
Step 1
Wash the chicken and dry it with kitchen paper. Use an appropriate amount of salt to make a "horse-killing chicken" ". Especially the chicken skin part. Ask for a slightly fat chicken. After wiping, let it sit for half an hour.
Step 2
I put it in a pressure cooker and steam it over water. Usually steam for half an hour. Place the green onions on top to prevent them from coming into contact with the chicken juices. You can also leave out the onions. Choose a plate with some depth, because the chicken will have chicken juice after steaming.
Step 3
Discard the green onions, take out the chicken and cut into pieces when it cools down a bit. Then heat up the chicken juice and pour it over the cut chicken
