How to make?

5. Bring the soup to a boil, add sliced ham, sliced mushrooms, and bok choy, and season with salt. Thicken the soup with potato starch and serve on a large platter, then add the steamed tofu dumplings and toss to coat (drizzle with 1 teaspoon of chicken fat, if available).
