How to make pig blood tofu
Handmade blood tofu practice: add 0.2-0.5% animal plasma anticoagulant to the stirring type collection bucket, introduce pig plasma into the bucket through the infusion channel, turn on the machine and stir until the collection is complete. Then the plasma is refrigerated at low temperature of 4 degrees for 3-15 hours. When processing blood tofu, the plasma is first filtered. Weigh clean water according to 1-2 times of plasma, add 0.5-0.8% Tianxi new blood tofu coagulant, 2-3% edible salt and mix at high speed to dissolve, then add plasma and stir well, and coagulate naturally to form blood clots. The blood clots will be cut open and put into 80 hot water to cook for 30 minutes or sent to the steamer to steam for 30 minutes.
