What are the breeding techniques of eel
Eel is a very delicious game, although belongs to the fish, but the body without scales, the meat is very tender, no thorns. And also has a high nutritional value, the market demand in our country is very big. So with the increase in market demand, now the eel production requirements are also more and more big. So how to farm eels?

1, choose a place to build a pool

The eel rearing pool should have a certain wind resistance, sufficient light, high quality water. According to the number of breeding to control the size of the rearing pool, and then to lay a good drainage and irrigation measures, in the water inlet and outlet to set up wire mesh to prevent eels from escaping. After the establishment of a good rearing pond, do a good job of pond disinfection, first of all, the pond should be filled with water to see whether there is a leakage phenomenon. Then it will be soaked for 3 days, about 4 times. After soaking in the bottom of the pond into the soil and farmyard fertilizer, and then plant the right amount of aquatic plants. Both can regulate the temperature of the pond, but also allow eels to rest, and its water level is maintained at about 15 centimeters.

2, stocking fry

A week or so before stocking fry, the pond should be disinfected, the whole pond evenly sprinkled lime. After disinfection to the pond water injection, the temperature of the pond water must not be too big a difference with the water temperature of the fish fry life before stocking. To ensure that the eel fry are of high quality, have a strong growth capacity, and can adapt to the breeding environment as soon as possible, all the eel fry should ensure that the size difference is not too big, otherwise it is easy to have the phenomenon of big eating small. Then the breeding density should be controlled according to the number of breeding and breeding conditions. It is best to mix with a small amount of loach, which can effectively improve the dissolved oxygen of the water body.

3, culture management

The feed requirements of eels will change with its growth stage. Therefore, we have to adjust the feed reasonably in order to ensure that we meet the nutritional requirements of eels. For example, the main feed for eel fry within a week is mainly plankton, so we have to improve the fertility of the water body and cultivate plankton. Eels have the habit of eating at night, so we need to feed them appropriately in the evening every day in the early stage of breeding. Then as the eel grows older, it can be fed earlier. After two weeks or so, feed about three times a day to ensure that there is sufficient nutrition for the growth of eels.

4, water quality regulation

Water quality is a point that we need to pay attention to in the breeding process. Because of the weather, bait feeding and eel feces will pollute the water, so we have to regularly regulate the water quality. After each feeding, we should pay attention to fish out the uneaten bait in time. Both to prevent pollution of water quality, but also to avoid bait deterioration caused by eels accidentally eat. We have to adjust the frequency of water change according to the seasonal changes, for example, in spring, we change the water about once a week, and in summer, we need to change the water about once in 4 days. And we need to inject new water frequently to ensure the water quality at any time.
