Chicken Feet, Bitter Melon and Lean Meat Soup

Steps:
1. Chicken feet Wash, cut off the toe tips, blanch in boiling water to remove blood and odor, drain and set aside.
2. Wash the bitter melon, remove the head and tail, cut open and remove the seeds, scrape off the white gourd, and cut into large pieces; wash the lean meat and cut into small pieces.
3. Take a clay pot, pour an appropriate amount of water, add bitter melon, chicken feet, lean meat and ginger slices, cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours, add salt to taste.
