Materials:
-Noodles: 500g

-Onion: 1

Steps:
1. Preparation materials: wash lentils, and cut carrots, onions, garlic and ginger into small pieces for later use.
2. Cooking noodles: Cook the noodles in boiling water and remove them for later use.
