1. After the grass carp is processed, cut it into pieces and add some flour. Wash it several times to remove the smell.
2. Combine shredded ginger, green onion, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil and cooking wine and pour into the fish.
3. Spread evenly on top and marinate for 30-40 minutes.
4. Heat the pan and fry the tofu slices until golden brown on both sides.
5. Use the remaining oil from frying the tofu to sauté the onions until fragrant.
6. Pour the onions into the rice cooker.
7. Add a layer of enoki mushrooms.
8. Add another layer of fish.
9. Spread the tofu flatly on top of the fish.
10. Add the remaining fish and pour in the marinated fish juice.
11. Finally, pour a bottle of beer, close the pot lid, press the button and cook the rice for about 40-50 minutes.
