How to make braised noodles with meat sauce
1.
Prepare the required ingredients, Northeastern soybean paste, Zhongtiao noodles and pork.
2.
Chop the pork into minced meat.
3.
After heating the pot, add a little lard that has been prepared in advance.
4.
Fully melt the lard and heat it to 60% heat.
5.
When the oil temperature is relatively high, add the minced onion and ginger to the fryer.
6.
Put the minced meat into the pot and fry until it turns white. (I don’t like the onions, ginger, and garlic.)
7.
When the meat turns white, add water to cover the minced meat.
8.
The fire destroyed the soup. Then scoop out the diced meat and put it into a container.
9.
Put in more lard and heat over high heat.
10.
When the oil becomes hot, add the previously fried pork.
11.
Dilute the previous soybean paste. Generally, four spoons of the paste can be placed in such a small bowl, and it will still have a sticky feel.
12.
Put the diced pork in the pot and when the oil boils, add the prepared miso directly, then add a small amount of salt and thirteen spices.
13.
After the sauce in the pot boils, add the water starch prepared in advance.
14.
After the sauce boils again, continue stirring with a spatula. It will take about three minutes to serve.
15.
Put water into the pot and boil until it boils.
16.
Prepare another basin of cold water.
17.
Pour the noodles into the pot.
18.
Use chopsticks to constantly stir the noodles in the pot to prevent them from sticking and to heat evenly.
19.
The noodles will be cooked in about two to three minutes. You can take one and put it in the water to taste it. Dip the cooked noodles into the water with chopsticks.
20.
Put the prepared meat stew on the noodles and stir it before eating.
Cooking Tips
·If you don’t have Northeastern miso, you can use other sauces.
·If the sauce is too sweet, you can add more salt.
·Lard can also be replaced with other cooking oils.
·It is better to choose fat or lean pork.
·The noodles must be eaten while they are hot, otherwise they will become lumpy.
